DateClub

Dateclub was a pioneer on the speed-dating scene in Barcelona.

Using its website to allow event attendees to log-in after an event and tick the people they met who set their pulses racing, and discard those that didn't, Dateclub have organised many successful events and played Cupid to many satisfied customers.

Project

Having also worked with Dateclub on their branding and offline promotions , we were asked to design and develop their online web presence.

The web site plays a central role in Dateclub's business model, not only providing information about upcoming events and the company itself, but also allowing event attendees to log in after the events and indicate which are the people they met and liked and would be interested in getting to know better.

Where two users coincide in their opinions of each other, a match is flagged in the system and the users are notified and are able to enter into direct contact with each other. The site was developed in ASP and also incorporates a content management platform.
