Lucas Fox

Lucas Fox are a property and real estate agency that provides a service especially tailored towards expats who wish to buy, rent or sell property in Spain and Portugal.

The company has gone from strength to strength since opening its head office in Barcelona 2004, and have opened further offices in Lisbon, Portugal, and a new office is shortly to open on the Costa Brava.

Project

Lucas Fox first approached us with a view to reviewing their existing branding and website, prior to a major re-launch and expansion of their services in Spain.

They wanted to promote the image of a user friendly, trustworthy and reputable real estate company and had already previously decided on a green based colour system.

We put together some ideas and finally settled on a classic serif font logo design that used a green colour palette and also displayed a logo symbol using a clean and simple combination of the initial letter of the company. The branding was then used to produce company branded letterheads, business cards and flyers.
