Meet the Partners

Matt “The Hat” Casey
Matt makes things work. He has over 9 years front line experience in web development. In most web-based projects, he will sit with you and help to mould your ideas into a workable specification that can be used as a basis for web development. Our proprietary content management systems are the fruits of his programming and web development labour and he is the architect for our larger database-driven and bespoke programming web solutions.

Simon “Chopper” Kelly
Simon leads the design team and is the first port of call when we come to shape your business communications. Experienced in producing and managing all types of online and offline design projects, Simon also enjoys writing about himself in the third person.

Rob Hale
Rob is an original founder of source23 and since the early days has headed the business development. Rob has over 10 years’ hands on business experience helping clients achieve their goals in areas as diverse as international motorsport to eco-funds. Rob’s main function is to shape and convert your ideas into bottom line results for your company.
